I play mainly my Schilke B1 trumpet and don't really need a flugelhorn, so you can send the piston for rebuilt or repair, and get a rare pro flugel. The sound is the most buttery sound I have ever played on a flugel(before I bented the first piston) I now understand why so many are after this Couesnons. All the slides move freely, including the tuning slide. There are some signs of wear and some minor dings, but for it's age it is in great condition. In some of the contact points the silver is gone. In the"pinapple" grenade" or"flame" symbol there is a"21" I am not shure about its age. So Im quite sure It plays in Bb and C! it comes in a worn case. Length of the tubing is 136 cm, 54(or 121cm/ 47 3/4 inch without the middle part of the mainslide. The trumpet needs cleaning, repair and service.
